6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts until payment is received in full.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a project or business relationship. This obligation survives termination of any agreement between us for a period of three years.

8. Limitation of Liability
